Modes of payment

You may pay your hotel bill in cash, with the EC-card, VISA or MasterCard.

Check-in. Check-out:

Your rooms will be ready for you at 1.00 PM. On your day of departure, we would kindly ask you to free your room by 10.30 AM

Cancellation

• Up to 2 weeks before arrival – free
• 2 weeks up to 2 days before arrival – 70 % cancellation fee
• 1 day before arrival – 90 % cancellation fee
• No arrival – 100 % cancellation fee

Parking

Our parking is located behind the building of the Sparkasse, directly opposite our hotel.
Parking discs are compulsory from 8.00 a.m. till 6.00 p.m. on the designated parking spaces in all Koenigstein.
There is a bus stop directly opposite our hotel entrance. Don’t block it please.

Spa

• The Spa is open every day starting 3 p.m.
• The sauna or tepidarium, the aromatic steambath and the ice-fountain are functioning daily from 4.30 p.m. till 9.00 p.m.
• The wellness area closes at 9.00 p.m.
• Dress code: There is none! With or without bathing suits. Be tolerant, so that everybody can enjoy it their way.

Towels

You will find towels for the Spa in your room on the luggage stand. Please don’t forget to bring your towels back to your room, so that they can be replaced.
Dressing gowns are at your disposal at the reception against a fee of 5,- Euros.

Drinks:

Just order them at the reception per phone. The prices are the same as those indicated on the restaurant-menu.

Solarium:

3,- Euro / 10 minutes. The reception will provide you with the necessary change if needed.

Relaxing lawn:

The open-air terrace with the sun-bathing lawn is located in our garden on the passage from the 2nd to the 3rd floor (backside of our building).
